Liz Is an amazing realtor! She started going to work before we even stepped foot in Washington! She did several video showings while we were in Hawaii and the day after we touched down in Washington, we were on the move with her for viewings. There were some peaks and valleys during the process but she handled them very professionally and saw things through to its completion. Overall we are very pleased with our new home and pleased with the services she provided!

Liz worked so hard to help us find our dream home! We looked at countless homes and she was always available and easy to get a hold of.  That was very important to us. Ultimately we did find our dream home that exceeded our expectations and she made the deal happen. I'm sad to no longer need her as our realtor but I'm thankful I can now call her a friend. This pandemic has made the market here in WA really tough. There’s too many buyers and not enough homes to be purchased. Despite all the stress of being out bid on multiple homes and trying to find “the one” that meets our standards, Liz Tracy’s positive attitude has helped take the negativity away. She has made this process smooth. She has drive! She always kept me updated on homes that meet my needs and no matter what she always made time for when I wanted to go see a particular home that caught my eye, and is always there to answer any of my questions. She is a trustworthy person that works very hard to help you get what you want. My boyfriend and I are very grateful that we had the opportunity to work with Liz, she has guided us and helped us find our 1st home! I highly would recommend her to anyone looking for home!
